Check with these questions if you understood the document on team work.

  1. The main characteristic of a hitch hicker:

    • They are always busy and/or they cannot carry out their asigned work.

    • S/he accomplishes her/is goals within the team.

    • S/he tries to carry out all the work.

  2. ¿Which of the following is the righest aptitutde when facing a hitchhiker/couch potato?

    • To face the music. It is part of team work.

    • To set clear limits (from the very begining) like those who do not work they are not to be in the final photo.

    • The team should remove this person from the very begining from its core.

    • The group should notify to their supervisor about a hitchhiker/couch potato from the very begining.

  3. Is dealing with a with a hitchhiker/couch potato easy?

    • Yes. Both hitchhikers/couch potatoes blame theirselves and look for solutions.
