20.3.  Self-assessment questions

Check with these questions if you understood the document on team conflicts

  1. What is to not recomended when you are dealing with a hitchhiker:

    • Carefully analyze all information about him/her.

    • To define clear goal for all the members of the team.

    • Write the different tasks of each person in a e-mail sent to all

    • Try to simulate that there is not any kind of problem.

  2. On the "non integration" of a member in the team, the team would opt for:

    • To addres ALL goals from all members.

    • There is not problem in this situation.

    • Rely on the "machine" decission.

    • To revise the goal of the team, reasoning about the casuistry.
