Through this process, most of the work will be supervised by the tutor which will be present in some of the team meetings. The role of the tutor is not to be yet another team member but to increase participation. The tutor will always try to move the team toward that balance between individual and group contributions. Furthermore, the tutor will answer those technical problems the solution of which was not found by the team members alone (after they tried to do so).
